Elegant Blue Suites - Trabzon

Spent my xmas holidays at a spacious and cozy apartment that offered an amazing view of the sea. the location was perfect, as it was close to many shops and services. the staff were friendly and accommodating, helping me with everything I needed during my stay. My favorite part was the playground and barbecue area, which made the trip more fun for my kids.

Arriving at the apartment turned out to be challenging, as nobody was at the reception even though I had communicated my arrival time beforehand. When I finally entered the apartment, I noticed a few broken items, like a toilet seat lid and missing mirror, which could have been easily replaced.

The apartment had a great location with easy access to shops and services. It was also close to the main road. The apartment was very spacious and had a big living room and kitchen. One of the best aspects was the availability of parking in front of the building.

Our arrival was not the best start of our stay as we had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to show up at the reception. the walls were a bit dirty, and we encountered issues with the hot water supply - there was barely enough hot water for one person to take a shower.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel thanks to its spacious and cozy apartment that fits a big family like mine. the staff was really helpful and respectful, accommodating all of my requests. The location is perfect, easy to reach and surrounded by many services and shops. the hotel has its own parking, making it more convenient.

Parking was convenient, and the building was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The price was reasonable, and the location provided easy access to shops and services. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious apartment with great decoration and furniture. the location was perfect; just 400 meters from the main road, quiet with a beautiful sea view. the accommodation's staff was pleasant and helpful, such as Abou Karam who assisted us in renting a van. the apartments also had full amenities, including a parking lot, kids' playground, and basketball court. We enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms, balcony, and fully equipped kitchen that felt like home. a great place to stay with family and friends.

It would have been better if the maintenance were more regular, and light bulbs were replaced before guest arrival.

Perfect location, quiet and no noise around, beautiful sea view, helpful staff, convenient amenities.
